Lewis L&P machine lines adopt advanced high and new technology. We obtain our seven production lines that are developed by professional engineers and top machine factories.
Our Seven production lines capable of producing 1.5 million masks daily. The production lines can easily produce 547 million masks annually, which put us as among few as top producers globally and number one in the Middle East.
Lewis L&P has several UV sterilized and automated packaging lines to serve the production lines. Those UV lines complete the high hygiene quality adopted for our products. Utilizing sterilization line, Lewis L&P ensures each mask undergo UV sterilization process automatically then individually packed (or per 10 masks) without human interference. Our UV packed product capable to kill all bacteria and viruses include Covid-19 during the sterilization process.
Our mask production lines are equipped with current production speed, have high stability and complete configuration. The production of raw materials need only be installed on the feeding racks, the machine will automatically produce. Only one person needs to operate to minimize human interference who is well disinfected before operating the machine. We maintain strict hygiene procedures among employees and inside the facility to ensure clean masks production. For example, from installing the raw materials onto the machine till the production of masks and packaging the masks into the boxes, no hand touches the masks, we fully realize the entire automated production.
Lewis L&P surgical mask products tested to comply with Europe EN 14683 Masks Standards Type IIR and tested to achieve 99% Bacterial Filtration Efficiency. According to customer requirements, we have a variety of masks that can be realized by our production lines. We can produce 1-4 layers of non-woven mask sheet; we can design according to customers’ needs whether masks with or without UV Sterilization or with packaging individual or in packs. Our Factory can produce smooth cloth mask, gauze mask, activated carbon mask, double nose line mask, etc.
